Engaging with pastors in the regular rhythms of life, whether over meals, projects, or social activities, develops deep, meaningful relationships centered around growing as followers of Christ. This gives space to ask these leaders questions no one else may be asking them, which promotes discovery, spiritual growth, and accountability.
